Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours from the time the order is placed.

Cancellation Fees
Within 2 hours: Free cancellation
After 2 hours but within 12 hours: A 5% processing fee may apply based on the total order amount.
Approved refunds for canceled orders are typically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Order Changes
Requests to update order details, including size, color, style, shipping address, or similar modifications, may be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
Change requests must be sent to [email protected] and are subject to review and approval.
Orders Already In Processing
Once an order has entered fulfillment, production, or shipping preparation, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

- Customized or made-to-order products
- Orders that have already shipped
